We partner with ethical growers worldwide to source exceptional single-origin beans, roasting them in small batches right here in our shop to unlock their unique, prophetic flavors. Our in-house Loring S15 Falcon roaster gives us precise control. Each batch is meticulously profiled to highlight the distinct regional and varietal tasting notes, from fruity florals to rich chocolates, ensuring optimal flavor development.
